There are Xfinity support members who check these forums now and then but your best bet is to actually call Support and open a ticket. Without knowing anything about your account a $100 service fee is the amount charged for a technician to visit your home. Not sure if that is relevant but if a tech did visit recently then that may be it. You can call and try to request that they waive the charge if that's what it is. Getting the charge waived is a bit harder than it used to be, even if you are on a higher tier plan. Good luck!

@surragard he had to turn on the cable from the condo building hallway that houses all cable on that floor. He did nothing inside condo. I had everything hooked up. He told me it would be charged and then removed. I spent an hour trying to get a live employee without any luck.

I have had that fee waived in the past but it is definitely not an automatic process and I'm sorry you were told that. You have to call and get someone and they have to submit a ticket requesting that it be waived. The general rule (at least a few years ago as it was explained to me) to get a waiver was that the technician visit needed to be 1) something necessary for your service (I.e. come in to repair a cable because internet isn't working, not I want an ethernet drop added); and 2) not through any fault of your own (I.e. weather damaged a cable, not a pet ate through it).

The concern is not "E-mail" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
