Hello, @user_xdfrjn. We have flexible payment options as we know sometimes things come up. You can set up a Payment Arrangement using the Xfinity Assistant. It will check if you are eligible, lets you know the amount that would be due and when, allows you to set up the arrangement, and will restore your service. It is very handy and great to have things at your fingertips. Have you already set up a Payment Arrangement for this balance and your service has not returned?
