Service Downgrade & Billing Help Needed
Was being helped by ComcastMichael.
As many of us during these trying times, life got in the way & I was unable to message him back for quite some time.
Opened that previous chat to pick up where we left off & tried sending him a message, but it seemed like the message I sent to him disappeared.
Was not attempting to bypass any forum rules, but sincerely in serious need of trying to address my original issue again.
I am unable to access any of my previous forum postings, so I could include a link for proof he had reached out to me.
Perhaps the forum changes are the reason I can't find my previous postings ?.
At any rate, I am still in need of some assistance with my account.
