Service disconnected

My internet essentials wifi was turned off. I had previously called a couple months ago & explained I no longer have access to the email address associated with my account and would like to get paper billing. I also informed the agent my address has changed....only from Lot 7 to Lot 8. I never received one bill. Now my wifi  is off. I now see I am $29 past due and would like to pay the bill and get my service restored today. How do I do that?

Hello, @user_a714c9 I am sorry to read you are having troubles with your bills, and due to non-payment have been disconnected. I can help guide you to the right place for help. You can call 1-800-Xfinity and make a payment. Once the payment is made, you will need to re-enroll in the program here. We are limited on what we can do over this platform with Internet Essentials, but I am confident, paying the past due amount, and re-enrolling is the correct process. For username and online access I would call 1-866-947-8572, and our Security Assurance team will be happy to help with removing your old email, so you can get access to your online account going forward.
