service disconnected after paying arrangement

Had an arrangement to pay my bill on November 5. Paid my bill on November 5th. Services were still shut off. Talked with rude customer service and said "it's because the payment is pending". That makes no sense because the money is gone from my account. This isn't the first time xfinity has done this. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. In my email it says "noscheduledDate" Thanks for your payment. Your system is a drag on me financially. Your customer service agents keep telling me to pay the same payment again, plus the next month due. Worst customer service every.
