Service credit request

Hi folks!

I paid $10 for a one-time streaming event that took place this afternoon (via stageit.com), and because of the service outtage in my area, I was not able to watch or listen to the show. Please give me a credit for this loss.

OK, I'll follow up there.

I'm sure the issue isn't with stageit.com, because friends watching elsewhere (in Orinda, and out of state) reported that the stream worked fine for them during the event.
