Service cancelled; final bill
I cancelled my service with Xfinity on August 17, 2023. All equipment was returned to the Xfinity store on that date. I have been billed and autopay processed for service through September 9, 2023. When I cancelled service 3 weeks ago, I was told it would take 10 business days to prepare a final bill and I would be charged a prorated amount. How long does it actually take to process the final bill and when/how can I expect a refund of the amount I was overcharged for August 18 through September 9, 2023? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
