Service Cancellation

In the year of our lord 2025, HOW IS IT THIS HARD TO CANCEL MY ISP. please, please help me cancel this service, I'm so annoyed.

user_2q3ec9 feel free to send us a direct message so we can help wiht your account. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.

THAT ISN'T WORKING, AND NO ONE IS CALLING ME BACK. CANCEL MY SERVICE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

I'm sorry user_2q3ec9. We would love to help out and make sure that your services are cancelled. Unfortunately we do not have the option to send you a direct message. Were you able to sign in to the site? From there you should see the option to send a direct message. 

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
