Service canceled without my permission
Last weekend, my cable and internet stopped working. I checked the app to do a refresh and the only service it showed that I had was Voice. I called and they reconnected my service. The next day, the same thing happened to Voice. I call again and it is put back on. I check my account and it says they received cancellation requests from me but I didn't do it. I called again to find out how this happened since no one else had access to my account. The guy kept telling me all my services work and he didn't see where it was canceled despite it showing on my end. Now my payment date has changed which throws me off due to my budget. I'm concerned why this happened. Did someone hack my account or is it a glitch in the system? Can I get my old payment date back?
