Sent to Collections

The level of disrespect and fraud that is coming from Xfinity is disgusting. I have been dealing with lies being told time after time, and even had almost the very same issue as

user_nfrie8

There is a $319 collections on my credit report yet every single time I ask about it, I either get told that nobody knows what I am talking about or that it is a bill from April. Funny how if it is a bill from my current account, it should not be in collections since my account is still very much active. The insane amount they want for internet that is mediocre at best is ridiculous. Customer service lacks a lot to be desired, and the non-stop maintenance being done in my area is RIDICULOUS.

LittleBitMiller we can take a closer look at the account in question and help. To review billing details, we will need to work in a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support."

Nah. I have been trying for MONTHS to get help. All I get are lies and the runaround. Yall have fun because I am now going to join in one of the class action lawsuits that someone else is filing for the very same reason. Your lies, the way you treat customers and the fact that you get joy from lying to customers and charging them insane amounts for your mediocre service, I am over trying to resolve issues through ya'll.

@LittleBitMiller

We’re here to help and can review your concerns to determine the best way to resolve them. If you change your mind, please send us a direct message with your first and last name and complete service address.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

Press Enter to send it.
