Sent a debt collection notice from Valor

I have no outstanding debts with comcast. Your company falsely charged me and when I contested it you have now given me a credit for that amount and now I have been sent to collections by you? What is wrong with your company. I have had one issue after another with your incompetence.

Looks like it is in the amount of about 375 dollars. I do not have an outstanding balance for that amount to you guys. Remove this immediately or I will pursue further action.

I was sent to collections of mistakes made by this company. That I had previous reached out and had conversations with support and billing about and was told had been handled. It had been not. We will see if after this last communication it has been finally taken care of. 5th times the charm I guess.
