Seniority discount

My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I asked for seniors discount from my bills.  My account number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. My address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I used to have xfinity monthly bills only $25.00. This month you charged me for $69.00. I called representative and he asked me to sign for $52 and minus $10 because I have auto pay and he gave me me xfinity number to call and ask for seniors discount from my, me and my husband re 65 and 68 yard old. I called and your system transferred me to another representative who didn’t help me. We are many years with xfinity. Please help us to get good discount, we are seniors and our income going down and my husband already retired. I hope I will get help from you.
