Seeking best current internet plan

Hi, had a year-long promo for internet only, which recently expired. Currently available options I can self-select on xfinity.com are to keep the same speed for $20/month more, slightly faster for $10/month more, or horribly slow. What's the best way to reach Customer Retention to see if any other choices are possible in my situation?

Just following up to say Direct Messaging via this site worked great, and Customer Support were super helpful finding the best plan for our needs & budget. Much appreciated! I read others' posts in this forum, and contacted them by following this: 

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
