Seeing unexpected "LMTD BASIC CONVERTER" charge

Since May 2022, I've been seeing an unexpected additional charge called "LMTD BASIC CONVERTER" on my bill. I've repeatedly chatted with Xfinity customer service about this matter. Each time they mentioned that this was an error and would be removed from my bills. And yet each time, I see it back on my bill the next month. As a result, I've been overcharged $7.35 for several months now. Can you please finally resolve this issue by removing this mistaken charge permanently and reimbursing me for the extra charges?

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
