Security pin

I’ve requested my security pin be emailed to me 4 times with no results. I need to k is why my bill went up $30 and cannot access my bill online without this pin.

Hello, @user_b63662. Thanks for reaching out about the Voice Security Pin and your billing. You are right that the Voice Security Pin can restrict the billing online. We can help with both things. Have you previously set up your Voice Pin and just can't remember what it is or will this be your first time setting that up?

I know you tried to have the pin emailed but nothing has come through. Have you tried viewing it in the Xfinity My Account online (not in the app) when connected to your home internet network? This link shows how to Verify the Voice Security Pin at the Xfinity My Account website. I had to do that once as I needed it and the only option was to have it mailed to my home address. When you login in from your home connection it should pop up the process for you to set that up for the first time. Can you please look at the link and let me know if you can view it that way? -Ray

I don’t have internet. I’ll try having it mailed since it obviously can’t be emailed.
