Seasonal Hold Now $20/mo?

I am a snowbird who alternates between MN and AZ, so I have 2 Xfinity accounts. Not too long ago it was free to put an account on hold. A few years ago that changed to $8/mo. Now I see that it costs $20/mo for 20Mbps. I don't need any Internet while I'm not at a location. Is the $8/mo option no longer available? Hard to justify keeping that account open for six months at that rate.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello user_fd7397, thank you for checking out our awesome community here on the Forum. The Seasonal Convenience Plan can be a great option if you're eligible, and you can view a walkthrough to sign up by using this 'Link'. This would be the best way to keep your account active while away. At this time, the service does only come with the 20/Mbps. Were you able to access that link to go through those self-service signs up steps?
