Seasonal convenience plan no response to multiple cases

Hi, 

I have reached out to two separate people at xfinity at the help center both promised follow ups within 48 hours and I have heard nothing back and I am getting frustrated. I was wondering why there was no follow up specifically for case [Edited: "Guideline Violation"]. 

I am trying to set up a seasonal convenience plan for the summer from May 18th (or ASAP) to Oct 18th. I reached out on the 17th/18th of May regarding this issue as well as on the 9th. I was told that I would get a response promptly but have received nothing aside from being told that my case was closed.

Help would be greatly appreciated with regards to this. I am unsure how to proceed.

"inseasonal.cable.comcast.com" does not appear to be a valid host name. Did you mean https://comcastseasonal.com/?
