scheduling a payment

I scheduled a payment but services haven't been restored and i have kids that need to do school.

Good morning @user_hulot6 I'm sorry that the services were not restored yet! I know how vital it is for the kids with school and parents for work! Thank you for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help! Thank you for setting up a payment online. Did you use the Xfinity Assistant to set up the payment arrangement? That is the only way to secure your services with setting up a future payment. I know we have times that we need a few extra days. When you sign in to your account are you able to connect with the assistant?
