Scheduled payment

I'm unable to cancel the scheduled payment. It just won't let me. And I've made a payment.

ljn_1991 Hello! We suggest logging into your Xfinity App, go to the Billing section, and you should see 'Upcoming Payments', from there is where you can cancel any upcoming scheduled payment.
