Scheduled past due payment
I scheduled a past due payment for next week and I’m still waiting for my service to get restored. I read that if I arrange a payment the service will be restored. Am I missing something here?

Good evening @user_ubb7k9, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums. To confirm, did you make a scheduled payment or a payment arrangement? We apologize for any confusion but there is a difference between the two. A payment arrangement prevents services from being soft disconnected by allowing you to extend your payment. You can extend the payment 21 extra days from when the Payment Arrangement is first set up, but not more than 10 days past soft disconnection.
If you are already in soft disconnect, you can extend no more than 10 days from when you set up the Payment Arrangement. A Payment Arrangement requires you to pay the full past due amount owed on the future date selected.
A scheduled payment can be scheduled at any time, for any date, for any amount. However, a scheduled payment won't stop a soft disconnect from occurring, unless:
