Scammed out my hard earned money

2 weeks ago I asked how can I get my bill to go down because $290 is outrageous. They told me to add a mobile plan and it will. Now my bill is even higher. Please don't believe anything they offer, got scammed into a $98 increase.

Normally if you are offered a package that includes a mobile discount it can take up to 45 days for that to appear on the account. I can take a look at your package from here if you could send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
