Scamed into a mobile line promotion, and now cannot get the refund

Hi, our promotion of two years ended in December so for December in January we had a pretty high bill on January 19. I called to try to get a new promotion going and was passed around to three or four different people promising me if I signed up for the mobile line promotion, they would waive half of our balance and our bill would be $40 a month cheaper. I just needed to pay $100 to start the promotion anyway a week later I was charged for the whole balance and another charge on my other credit card that you guys had me put on file and promised five or six times there would be no charge to that. I just needed to add that card for this promotion thing. I Was totally shocked when l Was charged that huge amount, especially after paying the hundred dollars on the balance to start the promotion I honestly have not felt so angry and upset and frustrated with any business ever until now since January 24, the day that the money was taken I have spent a total of 12 1/2 hours or more on hold and on the phone with Xfinity agents that passed me around a different people and specialist promising me different things making me tell the whole story over and over and over again, only to be disconnected and then the agent doesn’t even call back. I have totally had it. I spent an hour and 44 minutes on the phone yesterday morning and got all the way to the end thinking there would be a solution and they hung up on me and of course didn’t call back. I really need that money back in my account. I have been waiting to pay my rent until the refund went through and now all I keep getting is different stories. We honestly just want to cancel at this point everything with you guys. I already have made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I work while my kids are in school so I do not have time to go to your Xfinity store. I have an autistic toddler that after school hours I cannot take him into the Xfinity store because it will be such a challenge and will never work out. Can somebody please help me? I have seriously had it this has been part of my everyday life for the last almost 3 weeks or so now I just need my money back. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get the money back. You guys have already admitted that I was lied to and it needed to be corrected now what’s the deal? There are no words to express my frustration and disappointment
