SCAM????
I called the 800 number on my screen that said my cable box was inactive. I got a guy named Samuel [Edited: "Personal Information"] and he said my bill needed to get paid and he would process it! So I gave him my card number and the payment was not posted on Tuesday. I paid it on Saturday! So I called him back today and then he kept asking me to give him the code that was emailed and then a code was sent via text! He practically yelled at me to give him the code so he could authorize the payment. So I told him it says right on the text no one would ask me to give them that code. So I told him forget I'll pay it myself which I should have done from the get go. I'm disappointed with the customer service and the fact I never get anyone that I can understand they just keep saying the same thing over and over! It's irritating and I pay way too much a month for [Edited: "Inflammatory"] service!!!! If my card gets charged twice I'm calling corporate office. And now I'm wondering if I should cancel my card??.
Please respond!!!

@user_c8bf05 Hello, and thanks for reaching out. We would have to verify your account via a code before going over account specifics when you call in. With that being said, I can still check to see what notes we have on the account to see what notes I can find.
Please send a direct message by clicking the direct messaging chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address and I'll be happy to help.
