Scam?
Why does Xfinity, knowingly, keep charging me months after I cancelled an initial service order? Never a real account! Can't even log to my account since it shows as inactive, yet they find my CC number and charge me month after month. Then I spend an hour taking out my frustration on another set of customer service team. Once I am transferred enough times I get tired and tell them to go to hell and to not charge me again. They promise the issue is solved. 28 days later, I get another bill. Time to bring the lawyers in?
