scam or real xfinity call?

I got a call in voice mail from a number saying my discount on my XFinity plan was about to expire if I didn't call back at this number: [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I'm highly suspicious (for one thing, when the last one was about to get a price increase, I had no such warning.) Is this a scam?  A reverse phone lookup shows that number doesn't exist.   But how can I know, when I can't find a REAL Xfinity number to call and ask someone?

On March 28,2025 i received the following message, "This voicemail is from Comcast Xfinity your 50% discount on your monthly bill is being terminated and your next bill will reflect the full standard rate. To prevent this change, call the number displayed on your caller ID immediately before it's too late thank you..."

The phone number on caller ID is: <Edited: Personal Information>

I know this is a scam. thought you should have the info.

Just got the message from an Ohio area code. I've gotten a few in the past as well but obviously a scam. BTW I googled the number with no results

If you have gotten a call claiming to be from Comcast asking you to buy gift cards or paying upfront for six months or more in exchange for 50% off your bill the FTC is well aware of this scam.  If you get a call like this you can report it to:     https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/
The FTC also has a great webpage on Scams.  Please check it out as well.
For Target Gift Cards:
Call 1 (800) 544-2943 and follow Target’s instructions.
Keep a copy of the Target gift card or your store receipt.
Please help to stop the spread of this kind of fraud.
Thanks!

I received the same message from a phone number listed as United States. They stated my Xfinity mobilepromotion was ending and if I didn’t call immediately, it could not be restored. Feels suspicious not sure how to confirm if it’s legitimate. Does Xfinity make these calls from a United States phone number or would the phone number be identified as Xfinity
