Scam call?

I just received this phone call. Here is the transcript. is it legitimate or a scam

[Edited: "Possible malicious number"]

Hello, this is Amelia from Xfinity.  I am leaving you this final voicemail for you to call back immediately.  The 50% discount on your monthly bill is now being terminated due to no response.  Please call back right now using the number showing on your caller ID to prevent this change.  Thank you.

user_1hxdrg - Hello and welcome to the Xfinity Forums! Keeping your account and personal information secure is extremely important. Xfinity invests in advanced security tools and technology, uses multiple layers of protection to help detect and block threats, and has dedicated security teams working around the clock to help safeguard customers.

One of the best ways to protect your account is by enabling Two-Step Verification on your Xfinity ID and any other online accounts you use. This added layer of security can help protect your information even if your password is compromised.

It's also important to be aware of common scams. Fraudsters may impersonate Xfinity representatives, spoof phone numbers, create fake websites, or send phishing emails and text messages in an attempt to collect personal or financial information. Be especially cautious of anyone asking for account details, payment information, or requesting that you place orders or ship equipment on their behalf.

If you're ever unsure whether you're speaking with an authorized Xfinity representative, end the call and contact Xfinity through an official support channel phone number found here. If you believe you've been targeted by a scam, you can report it to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov and review additional scam awareness resources available through the FTC. You can also report phishing, spam, fraud, or other security concerns involving an Xfinity account to Xfinity's Service Policy Assurance team. Additional information about internet security, phishing scams, and current security alerts can be found through Xfinity Cybersecurity Alerts.

Based on what you've described, this sounds like a potential scam call. Your billing statement will show your current services, pricing, and any promotional discounts in dollar amounts, along with the date those promotions are scheduled to end. Promotional expiration dates are predetermined and are not dependent on whether you accept or decline a new offer.
