Scam Artist

As I read over some of these events I see that this is just how Xfinity does bad business I was promised a 200 credit on Monday due to them not giving me a monthly credit that I had been promised for months told to give it 24 hours to show up and in 24 hours xfinity tried to take the money out my account I’m off work on disability so there was no funds to take so I reached out on Thursday agent says I see the 200 credit processing takes my card number off so they can’t just try again then I get a text message about trying to collect a debt and to update my payment method now all of a sudden they can’t see the 200 dollar credit although I recorded the agent who gave it to me and have the screen shot of the chat agent who just saw it yesterday predatory misleading practices at best attempted theft from my account
