user_sq2p9z Good morning! We appreciate you reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team. I can definitely see how not having your services active after a payment would be a concern. Are you able to see if your balance has updated to reflect your payment? I'm happy to take a look and see what's going on. Can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Same exact thing here happening to me right now! Telling me I have a past due balance on my account yet my bill was paid in full 12/18. Now somehow I have a past due balance of $36 and despite my next bill not being due until Jan 11. Today will be the day I switch to another provider. This is crazy.
