Same song and dance
I received the same email promising 12 month extension of my promotional rate. Got new bill today and it was over twice as much as last month. Had both internet and phone discussions with Xfinity members who claimed they hadn't heard of this, and that it was a scam. Based on prior responses here, sounds like it's not a scam but application is spotty at best. Could use some help!

If you clicked on any links I suggest reporting this to our Customer Security Assurance. You can contact them by following this link: https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/. You can contact them calling CSA directly at Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329.
In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history
