Same issue: declined payment
Like others here im having the same problem. Got an email saying my payment declined but comcast's website and my bank says otherwise. Its only nerve-wracking because the email threatened to cut off my internet. Please fix this APPARENT problem. Thx

Thanks for reaching out to our Community Forums! You will want to be very vigilant when receiving emails that do not correlate with your current account status. We have seen emails like this that come from bad actors that are scams, or phishing for personal information. I got one of these too- when I looked at the email it wasn't from xfinity at all, it was from "Kaiser Permenante" - Turns out its a phishing scam.
