RUNAROUND ON A PHONE I RETURNED!
I did an early upgrade to an android (stupid I know) I used it for a couple days, didn’t like it, fought for DAYS to be able to return it and keep my iPhone. I finally got “approval” to do this, with an incident number and all, and I shipped the android back. In the month it took for them to receive it, my account never reflected that I was using an iPhone. Fast forward a month, they shipped the android back to me saying it wasn’t the correct phone. Once again I fought with customer service and got nowhere, so I decided to just early upgrade again to another iPhone. I shipped the original iPhone and the android back, yet now they’re trying to charge me $1066 for the original iPhone. On top of this, my account STILL does not show me using an iPhone despite me going back with several different agents. Well today I switched to firstnet and traded in the upgraded phone because I’m just done with Xfinity. Every time I try and speak to customer support they “assure me everything will be fixed” yet it never is. So tired of the gaslighting and I’m just praying the charge for the phone comes off….
