I ended a new contract within the 30 days allotted to back out without a fee and they still sent me a bill for over $200 dollars. I have all the documentation to show the timeline, documentation of multiple agents saying, yes I terminated before the 30 days ended. This is absolutely ridiculous.  They do anything to take your money and the agents are useless. They just tell you what you want to hear with no follow through.
