Ripped off
This company takes advantage of older people like me who are not computer savvy. For over 10 years I have been paying $55/month for 3 Mb. Now I find out for a little more I could have gotten 300 Mb. Why did they not tell me? A customer service person told me they never even saw anyone with only 3Mb before!
