Ridiculous ! Too hard to make payments

What happened to the automated Bill pay option on Xfinity?! It’s totally ridiculous to even make a payment. Nobody wants to talk to somebody for 30 minutes listening to all the offers they have when you just want to make a payment! Cannot even pay online either because it says service is not available at this time and that’s because I want you to call so they can try to sell you a bunch of stuff

user_dfqszk Thanks for reaching out about the issue with making a payment online at this time. Has that message been showing for more than the last few days when trying to make a payement through the app or online? This certainly isn't the experience we want for our customers when trying to make a payment.
