Reviewing Plan Option

"Hey guys, I’m looking for some help with my account. I’ve been a customer for about 5 years now (Gold tier) and my bill has crept up to $170/month for 1Gbps internet and two mobile lines.
I own my own modem and already have autopay/paperless set up, but it looks like my old promotions have expired. I’m happy with the 1Gbps speed and don't want to downgrade, but $170 is becoming hard to justify when I see new customer promos for significantly less.
Since $155 is still high, ask if you can get the "Mobile Unlimited BOGO" or a "Loyalty Discount" to bring the total closer to $115–$125
Is there anyone here who can help me find a new promotional agreement or a loyalty 'refresh' to get this back down to a competitive rate? Appreciate any help you can give!"

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
