Review of Internet pricing and loyalty

Hello,

I have been an Xfinity internet-only customer for several years and would like to request a review of my account and current pricing.

My monthly internet bill was approximately $55 in 2024, increased to about $65 in 2025, and is now $89 per month. I am currently on the Fast 600 Mbps plan and use my own SURFboard G34 modem.

I am satisfied with the service and would prefer to remain an Xfinity customer. However, I would like to know whether any loyalty discounts, promotional rates, price-lock plans, or other internet-only options are available that could reduce my monthly bill while maintaining comparable service.

I would also appreciate it if you could verify that my modem is properly associated with my account, as the Xfinity app shows the gateway as offline and no longer displays internet usage history.
