Review early termination contract

I had comcast xfinity for over 10 years and when I canceled they did not mention anything over phone about a "early termination fee" and when I go to review whatever contract they said I signed, it is not there. They told me to turn off auto pay so that I did not get charged and that I should get a credit back but then I get a bill saying something about early termination. To review details of contract, log in and review but it's not there. I should not be in a contract if I was with them for 10-20 years anyway! Rude.
