@user_c4d52f Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums! We have a few different ways to have equipment returned, so please choose whichever option will work best for you.
1. If you have access to a printer, you can visit Return Equipment to select the cable boxes, mark them for return, and print a prepaid label. Then it's as easy as boxing them up and calling 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule a home pickup.
2. Bring the cable boxes to a local Xfinity Store to have them marked as returned right away.
3. Bring the cable boxes to a local UPS Store where they will pack and ship them back to us at no cost at all. We have a partnership with UPS, and they have our information to make a super easy option for returns. Just remember to ask for a receipt to have the tracking number for your records.
With any of the options, as soon as our warehouse receives the equipment, they would be removed from the account and the charges as well.
