Hello @user_43a24d You can schedule an at-home pickup by initiating your return at https://comca.st/3vnJDTj, printing your label, boxing up your equipment and calling 1-800-PICK-UPS to get started. You can also return the equipment to the nearest Comcast store to you. We also have an amazing partnership with UPS. Feel free to return it to them, all you will need is to provide them your account number. UPS will pack up the equipment and ship it to us at no cost to you. Please let me know if you have any questions or how I can assist you further.
When I go to the link given or xfinity.com/returns it gives the text below several days now. Support hasn't be of help. This is a Flex box that was never requested or used so I should not be required to go to a store or UPS.
Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now
Your equipment details are unavailable at this time. Please check back later to see if you're eligible for a device update.
We're not able to send labels via email but we can certainly get them sent out to you physically. Would that work for this situation for you?
I no longer work for Comcast.

@user_2bab64 We'll need to access the account so that we can get those sent out.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: Click "Sign In" if necessary Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7 Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window Press Enter to send it See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.
