Returning equipment

I’m getting a charge on my bill for unreturned equipment. Where do I return it? Once I return it, will my bill be reduced?

To avoid continuing getting charged for unreturned equipment, we do encourage you to get this returned at your local Xfinity Service Center or nearest UPS location where they will package it up and return it to us free of charge.

 

You can find your nearest Xfinity Service center location by visiting https://comca.st/3RbtAS1;

 

My personal choice is to return it to your local Xfinity Service center as they will remove the equipment from your account and will give you a return receipt confirmation. You can also visit https://comca.st/3RbJ88k for more return options.
