Returning Customer, New Student Trying to Reduce Bill

My Xfinity bill has more than doubled over the last month and I'm thinking about switching to a new provider. When I was looking for new provider deals, I saw that Xfinity is offering a student discount to new customers which is way more in my price range than my returning customer offers. (I am a student—already had my student ID verified). Are there any student deals available to me even though I'm a returning customer? It would be so much easier if I could stick with Xfinity, but I just can't justify paying so much for internet when I'm adding a tuition bill on top of it.

user_if36s7, Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I hope you are doing well today. The student offers are indeed for new customers, so they wouldn't be available for your existing account. That said, you can find the promotions available to you on the Xfinity App or the plan builder. Have you already given this a try?

I have—the promotions and plans I saw for myself as a returning customer are over double what I've been paying, so not quite in my ideal price range.

user_if36s7, the offers online would be the same as we have available on our end. I can help on my end, but I'd have the same plans to be upfront.
