Returned payments
I need someone who can actually help me and not just give me basic scripted answers. I made payments over the past couple months on time and now all of a sudden they are saying that the payments were never received or that they were returned. The money was pulled from my accounts by comcast/Xfinity it shows on my bank statements and I have talked to my bank on the phone and they confirmed the money was pulled and never returned or refunded or whatever word they used on the phone. I have been in and out of the store for over a month now trying to fix this issue and every single time the managers assure me it will be fixed but then it never gets done and I get told “we never got the money so you have to pay it again” so instead of paying 3 months worth of payments 1 time like I already did they are making me pay them again. I have not had a good experience with all this and even had one manager refuse to give me the corporate number and threaten my wife and I with calling the cops on us because he didn’t want to deal with us anymore and wanted us to leave. I would like someone who is actually willing to look into this issue to contact me
