Returned Payment

I am on autopay, and received an email stating my payment was Returned two weeks after it was paid. When I go to pay the balance, I have no balance due other than my upcoming bill. What can I do?

ZandT1415 You may want to check with your financial institution to see if it was actually reversed, or returned. Also, you may want to examine the email you received as it could be a phishing attempt.

@XfinityMartyR​ it is an official email. And it was Returned, not reversed. My apologies for the confusion, what should I do about paying it? There is no payment due
