Returned payment fee

hello, i was charged a returned payment fee and a late fee and im wondering if i could get it waived because there was nothing wrong with my card and i had money in it and autopay set up, so i don’t know what went wrong? i also have my xfinity app notifications on and it never notified me about my payment last month not going through, so now i have last month, this month, the returned payment fee and the late fee totaling 133$ i barely got a notification today 02/06 about having a past due payment and i see it saying 133$, so im very confused but thank you for reading and please let me know what can be done.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
