Returned Flex box but still being charged monthly for box
My husband returned a Flex box at the Battle Creek, MI Xfinity Store in December, but we are still being charged a monthly fee for an unused equipment on our bill. He did not receive a return confirmation, and he handed the device directly to a store representative.
How do I get this Flex box and its related charges removed from our account and credit any incorrect fees that have been billed so far? TIA
