Returned Fee

Hi —

Just got off the phone with a very kind customer service agent who was able to refund me a $10 late fee. However she notified me that I have been charge $25 x 2 for a returned fee and there is nothing I could do to get it off. Why Xfinity the only company not able to go through my bank? And why am I being charged a ridiculous amount of money.

Hello, @user_aufnje. Thanks for reaching our team on Forums regarding the fees. A fee of $25.00 is applied to accounts when a payment is returned by the issuer (either due to insufficient funds, incorrect routing information, or an expired card), and this fee would appear on your statement and in our billing ledger in the same area where late or disconnect fees would show.

Yes I can see this. But as a loyal customer I would expect to have these charges removed.
