Returned equipment in store but still showing up with a bill.

I went to the Xfinity store this past Friday because I wanted to cancel my service. I had changed to a different provider so as such I went to the store in person to cancel my service and return my boxes. They scanned and took the equipment no problem but i'm still seeing under billing that I'm still being charged for Feb.
