Returned Equipment But Sent To Collections

I’m furious. A couple years ago I was getting calls about equipment that wasn’t returned and I informed you guys that the equipment was returned directly to the Comcast store in Tigard Oregon in the Bridgeport shopping center. I just looked at my credit score and now I see it dropped 50 points because you guys sent that to collections? Oh and on the phone when I spoke with a customer service rep he said they’d drop the charge since I returned the equipment. This is ridiculous and I’m frustrated that I’m still a customer to this day. I want this off my credit report as I’m not paying for something I don’t have because IT WAS RETURNED!
