return shipping label for equipment

I need a return equipment shipping label and i've followed all the links and they are not working... i don't want to be billed for this equipment or to continue my service...talking to customer service yesterday left me for frustrated than trying to find the label online and getting the links to work, shouldn't the just be emailed to you?

I understand fully that you want to avoid any charges for the device as well. No reason to pay for an item you are not using. I'm sorry that speaking with our customer service team was also a frustrating time. You found the best team to help with this and I will be able to help out. 
I am going to guess that you have already tried to clear the cache / cookies on the browser when working with our support teams. If not, that may help out. 
Can you please send us a direct message with your name and service address? We will be able to verify the account from there and work with you to have the equipment returned.
