Return Label
Please advise.
I recently transferred 4 cell phones from a different carrier. I now have my business & personal cell, internet & landline with Comcast. I spend thousands…
I did not receive the email with the return label to receive my $800 credit for my IPhone 14 Pro. Now you are refusing to send me the label since it has been 30 days…no one ever told me there is a time limit to return or you will not receive a credit. I need someone to send me the return label so that I can return the iPhone & be credited the $800 I was promised. I would like to continue to give you my future business so please advise as to my next steps. Thank you in advance.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
